Mayana Kantor is currently attending the University of Montana, with a focus on environmental science. She began playing cello at the age of six and has been an active part of the local music community, with regular participation in All-State Orchestra, Missoula Youth Symphony, Cello Mafia, the Crescendo Club mentorship program, and the UM Roots Ensemble.
