A Well-Being Concert

Well-Being Concert |
Missoula Public Library, 1st floor Foyer |
Thursday, June 4th | 6:30p, doors 6:00p

featuring Caroline Keys, Grace Decker, & Jessica Catron.

Songs of Hope, Resilience, and Homecoming

This special performance brings together three musicians who have each selected meaningful songs that have supported their own well-being. Shared with one another and woven into a collaborative set, they offer an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and connect through music.

From songs of courage and resilience to longing, hope, and homecoming, the program invites listeners into kinship, reflection, and renewal. Designed as a restorative experience, the concert offers an opportunity to calm the nervous system, release stress, and simply rest in the presence of live music and community.

About the Well-Being Concert Series

Well-Being Concerts are immersive experiences that blend live music, mindfulness, and art-making. Each event is developed collaboratively with musicians, artists, audience members, and community partners.

Rooted in the belief that creative expression can strengthen both individual and collective well-being, these concerts invite participants not only to listen, but to engage more fully in the creative process.

Community Art Experience

Audience members will be provided with art materials and invited to create visual responses to the music. Any donated artwork after the event will be assembled into a community collage to be displayed at the Missoula Public Library.

Attendees are welcome to sit in chairs, relax on floor cushions, or lie on mats. Art-making is entirely optional—you are welcome to participate or simply listen to the music.

This is an evening that aims to honor a full range of human emotions and offer a reminder that, even amid confusion, loss, and change, hope, beauty, and connection are never far away.

“As soon as I walked into the room, I felt my heart rate going down. I felt my breathing coming back. And it just continued throughout the event"
