Live at the Missoula Public Library, 4th floor | Sunday, November 16th | 3:00pm
Matthew Nord is the founder and director of Tangled Tones Music Studio & Nord Studios. Matthew has been playing music since the age of 6. He has been instructing guitar, piano, ukulele, bass, harmonica & djembe lessons through group classes and private lessons for over 22 years. He graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Anthropology. Matthew performs in Missoula and surrounding areas as a solo artist, teaching artist & on keyboards and vocals with the band “Humble Love.” Matthew has a deep love for the simplicity and connective power of music and rhythm. Recently he has become involved with a project in Missoula called “Missoula Sings!”
In addition to featuring a number of young musicians from around Missoula, Matt will be giving a solo performance on guitar, vocals & harmonica and then will lead group singing with all in attendance, in a community song circle. Concert attendees may choose to participate or sit back, listen, and enjoy. No musical experience necessary, just a willingness to jump in!
Do you know group singing is good for your health? This is a one-time special event, please join us!
