Providing opportunities to thrive through creative expression.
Because talent is everywhere. Access is not.
"My best memories, like opening for Portland Cello Project, are because of [Crescendo Club]. Their string teachers came to our school every Tuesday and enabled our group to perform at the library. This inspired me and I hope it continues for others. Their program inspires young musicians, and now the mentorship program lets me be a part of that. It's been beautiful watching kids grow through playing music." - Noah, student/mentor

• Well Being Series
We partner with public school music programs to place string clinicians in 5th & 6th-grade orchestra classrooms. By working regularly with the students, these clinicians help build stronger group cohesion while nurturing each student’s musical progress.
Teaching Artists in the Schools
The Crescendo Club Mentorship Program provides guidance and training for high school and college students—building the next generation of music educators and community leaders.
Mentorship Program
We provide scholarships to driven and talented students who would not otherwise be able to access personalized music lessons.

Crescendo Concerts celebrates young musicians, bringing them together with professional guest artists to share in the joy of performing and making music together.

Helping kids rise. One note at a time.
“Crescendo Club has made personalized music education accessible to at least 100 kids in my 6th-grade orchestras, who otherwise would not be able to afford the kind of support that they deserve.”
— J. Gruber, Director, C.S. Porter Middle School Orchestra
